Aamras is the pulp of the tropical fruit Mango which is extracted usually by hand or a blender and consumed as a Juice or can be savored along with Chapati. At times ghee & milk are added to the pulp to enhance its flavor. As the name suggests, Aamras is made using aam (which means mangoes). The dish is essentially just pureed mango pulp
occasionally mixed with milk or water and flavoring agents like cardamom, saffron, or dry ginger powder. It is the most popular Summer Delicacy in India..
