Tangy & sweet bhaji made with Colocasia leaves also called as Alu chi patal bhaji or aluche fadfade, a traditional Maharashtrian curry. This curry is a delightful balance of hot, sweet & sour. Alu is the Marathi word for colocasia leaves or arbi ke patte. This gravy has the flavors of taro leaves along with sour & sweet taste, peanuts & chana dal also adds a lot in terms of texture & taste.
