Methi and Matar is a super-hit combination as their flavors complement each other well. Methi mutter malai, as the name suggests, is fenugreek leaves and green peas cooked in a rich creamy gravy flavored with mild Indian spices. Cashew nut paste brings in a rich texture while fenugreek leaves bring the tempting flavor. Basically, this dish is non-spicy but slightly on the sweetish side. Methi matar malai is served alongside Roti or Naan.
